I also saw this recipe and saved it – now I’ll have to try it! I’m not very good at frying though so maybe I’ll try to do it at my parents house? My dad has a proper deep fryer that he uses to make onion rings … mmmmmmm

You should definitely try it! I think the only thing to worry about is whether or not the oil is at the right temp, which can be easily measured with the right thermometer (still trying to convince E to buy us one). Or, you can convince your mom to fry them if you make the dough, which is the tactic I’m working on for tomorrow.

Yay for making the attempt!–I saw this recipe too, and I almost want to try it, but frying freaks me out At least they tasted good
