As for death poetry, I say if that's what's inside you, you'd better get it out. Who cares who wants to read it? Poetry is self expression, and you should feel free to express yourself without worry of who will or won't be interested. Publication and adoring fans are just icing on the cake to a good compilation or book. I am so, so sorry about your dad.
