I would try to immerse myself in doing so many other things (talking, eating, writing, drinking, playing games, and more) that i would trick myself into thinking that I was somewhere else. My parents stopped taking long road trips with me because they would have to stop several times in order for me to do my business. I tried a lot of different pills, but one day my friend told me to try some minty gum and it works, to some extent. I have the same problem.
